.the motor pulled strong i think the rings need replaced, started bruning oil bad and compression low

i'm guessing this..

MUGEN wheels about $1100.00 each = $2200
B20 Motor, Trans, ECU, don't know if its smoggable (including the spare motor) = $1500.00 = $3700
price for JDM EF 4door parts alone about another $1000.00 = $4700
so that leaves the car $2100.00 (fair market value) = GRAND TOTAL $6800.00

Dude isn't making anything on the sale...I'd say he's just getting out of the scene and wants this **** gone...give the guy a break..
