Default "poor man's type R" - ??

I've heard it thrown around a lot, I was just wondering what it is exactly, I'm thinking it's a B18c (GSR) block with a B16a (Si) head, B18c (ITR) valve train, camshafts, and ITR pistons?

A good example is taking a B16A head PR3 (same as the type R) and using it on a P72 block like one found on a gsr or type r. Yes, the internals will be different, but thats why its called the poor man's version.
