Need opinion on h22 turbo manifold
I have a Prelude with H22 swap. My XSPower manifold cracked and I need a new one. I'm looking to spend as little as possible, but I dont want it to crack again.... What do you recommend?

Agreed, both my brothers love fab SST and top-mount have been amazing in quality and performance.
SPoolin Performance is also good, thats what I have on my car. Phil is extremely helpful too.

thanks for the info. What do you think of the RevHard "log style" turbo manifold? I think thats what I'm gonna get cuz it doesnt cost that much $$$$.

Has anyone had experience with the RevHard? I have a H22a swap in a prelude.... pushing about 15lbs of boost. I want a good, cheap turbo manifold that will not crack!
Thanks,
David

Id rather have a tubular log style like spoolin performance, or many other honda-tech sponsors offer. The wastegate placement on that revhard manifold pictured is very poor.
If your insistent on a cast, try to find one with the wastegate port near the collector, not on a runner. They do exist, inline-pro is one of them, and there are cheaper ones too.
But again, you cant go wrong with anyone in the honda-tech sponsors section, look around there and see what fits your price range.

To elaborate on why that manifold is bad:
The wastegate placement only allows two runs to meet the wastegate, because of this you get boostcreep at higher PSI. This could cause more serious problems internally.

to the OP you do know this isnt going to be cheap no matter what you do right? You need a new dumptube made along with another downpipe so either way you might as well spend a few extra bucks and get something nicer instead of buying crappy stuff just to get it done, which you have already done once...

look at where the flange on the revhard manifold is compared to where yours is. As soccerking3000 has mentioned, you will end up spending more than you want to even if you go with the cheaper manifold because you will need to redo your downpipe and maybe wg dump

Just spend the money and get the manifold you want. I personally wish i got a ramhorn or top mount now instead of my log, but at the time I didnt want to have any issue with a/c and p/s whatsoever. Now I am looking at 1g to switch setups and its not worth it.
Do it right the first time.

He is very good, my brother also used his Ramhorn A/C manifold. The A/C lines had to be re-routed though. Its a/c compatible, but with modificaiton of the lines.

Is there a specific name for this Lovefab mani? Or is it just a regular ramhorn mani? Reason being is that I don't see it listed under the H22 mani section on their website.
