I just got a call... The Heat and humidity are killing the N/A cars... 2 of my low 12sec cars are about a full second off pace.....

Great job Tyler --- any other #s from the turbo street class ? Or all motor pro ?

 

Tyler went out 2nd round losing by 0.011 . Bogged hard in 2nd gear to find out he was running on 3 cylinders due to a cracked plug. Great side by side through the traps!

Just spoke with Jerry just to find out he broke 2nd again. He says they're running final round in all motor street right now, looks like Scott but not sure of the other finalist.

Scott won the allmotor
Finals were scotts Crx vx Black Crx built by dave hickman.

The black Crx was faster throughout the day but he broke something at the end of the run.
Scott had him from the holeshot though and was more then likely going to win it.
Scott was running 11.8-4 all day long.

First car in the 9's was the Gold Integra (camp 1320 + others) I love gold!
He had trouble getting down the track however and got eliminated

A black supra won the turbo street.

Jerry broke his tranny again, still cant get a clean pass down.

Mike laskey broke his tranny. Couldnt countinue.

Bubba's turbo car was running fast dont know how he finished.

Update this beezy....what was the qualifying order for hot rod?? (pro import).....? and who won?

 

Cant remember the qualifying order.....but Brian Bridges won in the final with a 9.0 pass

 

It was hot out there but at least there was no dust blowing. Clouds cover came in the afternoon, which was nice. I was going to stay for the finals but Dave Hickman oiled down the track and no one wanted to stay and watch the clean-up. We broke our tranny on a qualifying pass and there just was not enough time to fix it.

Btw, #1 qualifier, Dave Hickmans 11.4 @ 120.9 was, "the worst driving I've ever done," according to Dave. The new clutch was fighting him and speedshifting wasn't an option. He tried on his 3rd qualifying pass, and missed a few gears. It's got a bit more in it...

Ya there was nothing but problems with drivetrain all day. The tilton twin disc clutch just doesnt like to allow speed shifting. After talking with a couple other guys they experinced this also. Needless to say we will be goin back to you normal Joe smo ACT

Has far has the break the trans greneaded it self and put a nice size hole in the trans casing thats what the oil down was about in the finals.

The k24 white crx is dialed in awesome. I really think these 2 cars are the future of street all motor.

120 MPH is crazy for an all motor street car

Are you running the carbon clutch and do you have a pedal stop? I speed shift all day long with a tilton Carbon.
