Can anyone explain the coolant bypass for a B16a?

I am looking to do the coolant bypass on my B16a. I'm in FL, so I don't really have to worry about freezing temps, so I want to go ahead and do it. Can anyone explain to me in simple terms on what to do, and any pics would be helpful.
