one of the last pics in the slid show of the dead end looks like its from the area that i used to live in (wheaton , maryland) can anyone verify that or am i mistaken about the area that the civic is from

That was my friends older brothers car. He WASNT in a gang or anything like that, i believe the car was stolen, and he knew who did it and had proof, and the college park MD cops didnt do a damn thing, even though it was still stripped in the persons garage. It happened in NoVA. Its fucked up that if you know who jacked your car, and FIND it stripped in SOMEONES GARAGE, the cops wont do anything, but when you take take care of the people yourself, you get locked up. God bless kellen and his family, and he will be out soon!!
