Default black civic on steelies

I know I should search more but due to certain time restraints (leaving for college again in a few) I can't search efficiently...

Basically it's this: I have a black EJ1, with the stock black steel wheels, with those stock EX **** hubcaps.

As you know, the stock EX **** hubcaps look like ****. So does just steelies but I'm just wondering if it'd look better than w/ hubcaps (and if so I wanna do it now while I still have the equipment rather than up at college where I got ... a 6 inch rachet & no impact sockets)...

So if somebody could just toss a picture or two or three of a stock black coupe w/ black steel stock rims I'd appreciate it...

Just tryin to figure out which looks worse O.o Think the black on black will blend a little...I'm not gonna go all ricer on yag uys and say "+ I'll save 3/4 of a lbs all the way around" - though i'm just lookin at what looks shittier on a shitty setup O.o

Any help is appreciated

Those aren't stock wheels...not even lugs (92-95 civics had 4 lugs, not 5) - somebody did a 5 lug conversin + aftermarket rims.

Yeah, the more I thought about it - not only do the hubcaps add a sense of "******* ugly" to the car - the car will look cheaper w/o 'em...hopefuly they'll pick somebody else's car instead of mine when deciding which one to jack...not to mention looks cleaner IMO black on black even though they're just steelies O.o

Wait...ru serious about the five luggin? because i can go out right now and but some "five lug" hubcaps and throw them onto my aunts civic too. As for the steelies being left alone, i say buy some new hubcaps and leave them on, i hate people who still roll on steelies...especially the guys who have rims in the back and steelies in the front...

Yes I'm serious O.o 92-95 was 4 lug I am 99.5% sure :-P

I left the caps on - took one off...it's like, not clean, rusted 'n weathered 'n **** (the rim) so it won't give the clean look - so expletive it, I'll leave the caps on there...

Hrm, I usually don't care but for some reason I like a "clean" look and clean black steelies give that look O.o...but mine have surface rust and are weathered so screw it. I'm not big on rims, just thought the steelies w/o teh caps would look rather clean..but not on my car..

Steelies look like garbage I would rather rock some stock hub caps any day. Here is my car back when I first aquired it:

Are you kidding? Those are stock 14" wheels with hubcaps with simulated 5 plastic "lugs". Nobody would do a 5lug conversion just to put steelies and ugly *** hubcaps on. I say take the hubcaps off and paint em flat black.

You cant have a cf hood and a lip, including all that other jdm stuff if your going to rock hubcaps on steelies it only goes well with cars that look ''stock'.
