Default FS JDM ITR 5 lug with axles and US GM wheels..

I have this on my EK, and i think imma buy the polished desmonds and just run 4 lug.. The R wheels might come with no tires, might come with tires, i dunno.. and 2 center caps are missing, because someone decided they need them more than me. Anyways i have full 5 lug suspension, with the 36mm axles..
1500$...

I bought a car from Kenny about 6months ago. When I went to pick it up, he was out of town (military). No big deal I thought. I've delt with him in the past. He's always been a great seller, and good person.

Well now 6months later I still can't drive my car, cause I have no paper work for it,or tabs.

This is what it has come down to now Kenny.

Heres the story for anyone interested in what cesar is talking about:

I had a set of jdM R 5 LUG and bronze R wheels.. my friend Chris wanted... and our mutual friend Jordan had a B16 swapped EF.. I told Chris to tell jordan i would trade my 5 lug for the EF... ANyways Jordan and Chris worked out a deal, Chris would get the 5 lug, and pay jordan 1500 for the EF... SO they dropped off the EF together, and picked up the 5 lug from me.. I found out i had to put a new clutch in the car because it was wasted, so i bought the parts and did it... later Chris disappeared not paying jordan, Jordan wouldnt give me the title because of chris owing him money.. Jordan said he would give me the title, and that he was taking chris to small claims.. I decided to try to sell the car, and i told the buyer that i did not have the title and the story of what happened... He said we could figure that out later.. Well 6 months later, after i had already paid my part with my 5 lug, and cesar paying for teh EF.. there is still no title, Jordan has it still.. He told cesar he would send it to him, and i gave both of them each others numbers so they could deal with it together.. Its a simple solution of Jordan stil taking chris to court, and getting his money, and giving cesar the title.. I paid my part for the car also with my 5 lug and wheels.. and told cesar before he came to pick up the car about the title situation and he still bought it.. not to mention, he had to trailer it home, so i sent him 200$ through paypal for that also...

I never intentionally rip anyone off, or have ill thoughts or doing anything like that to anyone.. Im stuck in teh middle of things also, because Chris made his choices that he did..
If that gets me a thumbs down, then thats what it does.. More than enough people have done good business with me, and will tell anyone that im a good seller...
You have Jordans number, he works for a school district i guess.. Im still trying to get all this resolved...
I guess moral of story for you and i both, dont ever buy or trade for a car without a title..

a lesson learned, but I still need a title. I do have Jordans #. He never answers my calls, and I really don't see why I'm the one that has to calling/emailing him.

Lets just get this resolved.

on you for not thinking about the title situation more carefully. That was a really bad call on your part, and you got screwed for it.

ahahhahahahhahahahhaa for sho. you dont see why you have to call/email him??? hmmm, you need a title, so you can drive the car, without the title your screwed. thats why, kenny did his part on informing you of the title situation, now you reap the consiquences.

Kenny- Great seller, 100% honest, Would deal with him any day of the week.
(hit me up about the 5 lug bro)

isnt there a way to file for a lost tittle through the department of motor vehicles. I am almost positive you can. Im sure kenny gave you a bill of sale, so take that down there and explain the situation im sure they can point you in the right direction.

However if the car was never reported sold to the DMV then i would be carefull. LEGALLY the car still belongs to the origninal owner, LEGALLY Kenny never owned the car since it wasnt in his name. What a big mess. GOOD LUCk man hope it all works out, And im almost 100% possitve kenny will help you resolve things hes a good guy.

Yes, that was a bad call on BOTH, our parts. When we made arrangements to buy/sell the car. It was suppose to take a couple days. The "situation" didn't seem that big of a deal, at the time. I went threw with the deal knowing Kenny is a stand-up guy. <TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by allmotaR &raquo;</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">

Glad YOU see the whole story here. Yes I need the title, but I don't see the point of me having to contact the original owner of the car, when I made the deal/sale with Kenny. Not Jordan.

This is where we are having trouble. Since he never owned the car, his bill of sale won't help me any. Plus the dash was swapped out. So the VIN # Kenny used on the Bill Of Sale, ain't the rite one for the car. Plus about 3months ago Jordan, just switched the title over to his own name.So the DMV said I couldn't file for a lost title.

I called Jordan tonight, and im wait for his call back.. Basically if i have to pay him for teh title or whatever then im going to.. Im tired of dealing with this..
I never swapped out the dash.. I got it the way it was, and the extra parts i gave you with the car, i bought from a guy on nwsr.. So im not sure what VIN was used on the bill of sale...
Hopefully this will all be to a close here soon...
