throwout bearing
ok so when i push in my clutch pedal i get a loud squeek which i have come to conclusion its the throwout bearing/ rod... i have a b18c complete swap in my del sol and the squeeking is really a problem but im trying to figure out if it is something that make my clutch not grab as well... my car doesnt really launch good and im trying to solve my launching issues... what else can i do other a clutch kit to improve my launch... im also doing ecu chipping so that will help some 2 hopefully... anything else?
Step 1 is to get the tranny off that thing and check out the clutch, flywheel and throwout bearing. Step 2 will most likely be a clutch, I reccommend the Exedy stage 1, it works very well for mild setups. I'd worry about chipping the ECU after everything mechanical is resolved.

Sounds like a lubrication problem if anything. From how you're describing it it really doesn't sound like the throwout bearing. Maybe you just suck at describing sounds.
