600 Import Wars Drag Racing Videos on Hondaddy.com from Great Lakes Dragaway
Fellow Racers,
The fledgling TD3 Racing Team from Schaumburg, IL has chronicaled the first 5 of 7 Import Wars Points Series events at Great Lakes Dragaway in Union Grove, Wisconsin. http://www.Hondaddy.com was our idea to share with friends and family the highs and lows of our drag racing season.
So many other racers enjoyed the video clips, we had to expand our video capabilities. With two more events remaining, we currently have over 600 videos.
Videos are filed by race date and by elimination classes. We also have a ton of random fun run videos as well.
When accessing our website, minimize the home page after selecting videos to shut down our theme music "Jesus Built My Hot Rod" by Ministry. Videos from IW#3, IW#4, and IW#5 were encoded differently for better clarity and faster buffering. We don't have any advertising on our site and its pretty bare bones, but it's the content that counts. We're drag racing enthusiasts jusy like you. So from my family to yours......ENJOY!

I see you are from Chicago.....Do you ever get out to Great Lakes Dragaway?
We'll be back out there September 24th. Gates open at 9AM. Eliminations start at 1:30PM. Mike Lindquist and his "Extreme Parts Civic" is usually there.....it's one of the finest ALL MOTOR civics I've ever seen run. There are a wide variety of imports there, but Honda continues to be very well represented.

Thanks for the kind words. We do try to steer other young racers into safe competitive motorsports. I will lend you a couple tools or maybe the engine hoist, but if I see you out on the street being stupid, get ready to be bitched at! It's just the way I am. I believe there are only so many hard launches built into every car. It's a shame to waste them on the street. Come on out once a month, pay to race, hang out with us in the TD3 Racing pit area, and have a great time. It's just that simple. If you're ever in the Chicago/Milwaukee area, make time to meet us at Great Lakes.....it's our home away from home.
