first thing i would do... is go back and recheck all the wires n connections... might be an easy fix as a wire wasn't hooked up, is loose, etc... if thats not it then we can go from there, but thats the first thing you should do g/l

96-00 civic

92-95 civic

However, lets narrow this down...
1. New battery
2. new alternator
3. new starter
4. good wires/grounds
In other words...spark plugs not producing any sparks...?

Its under the drivers dash piece. If i were you i would get a Helms manual. its $70 but $70 WELL spent. i think its the best $70 iv spent when i got mine. It might be cheaper for your year tho. It will show everything you need to know about your car.

He says he isnt getting any power at all so its not the main relay. I had a problem like this and it ended up being one of the under the hood fuses was loose. It was stupid but it was keeping my car from getting power.

or there's a loose something...recheck everything and make sure everything is good...maybe a wire is old isnt makin contact at all with the fuses under the dash...wait i mean under the hood since thats where the 90amp battery fuse is
