Default Valvetrain question

Im thinking about buying some Crower stage 2 stock idle cams for my JDM H22 and ive been reading alot of posts about valvtrains.I am upgrading the valvetrain if i get the cams, but ive noticed some talk about grinding parts in the head to make sure there isnt any clearance issues. What company should i look for in valvetrains for these cams,im finding a hard time with a definative answer. Thanks in advance

with the RM valvetrain, nothing has to be modified in the head.

for the record, RLZ has used upwards to .570 in lift with RM valvetrain without clearance issues.
