HF CAR/MOUNTS can I use on 99y8 motor into HF CAR?
I have an 88hf..stock mounts on the vehicle of course..im putting a 99d16y8 motor in it...will the mounts just bolt right up or do i have to get other year mounts?

3 of the 4 mounts attach to the trans.
The only mount you need to change is the one by the cam pulley.
Remove the Y8 mount and install your HF mount, do a nice job trimming the plastic timing belt cover, and you are good to go.
If you trim the cover nice, it'll look just like it was always there.
