A few days ago my car wouldn't start. It cranked, the battery is fine, and I had plenty of gas. I checked for loose connections from the msd igntion -> coil but couldn' find anything wrong. Anyways, I ended up bypassing the msd ignition and then the car just started up fine. Anybody have similar problems like this? BTW, I have a 2000 base w/41K miles.

 

no problem here and this has never happened to me...double check your wiring...tell me which wires did u hook up to the msd so i can help trouble shoot for u

 

Do you have the Blaster coil with the MSD? If so, I have personally seen some Coils go bad(water seepage), as well as the MSD it's self(have no explination for this one). You might want to take the thing out and send it back to MSD to have it remanufactured/fixed.
