I only had a problem with them once so far. I bought a part, and the pack of oil filters, and used a faster shipping method just because I needed the part asap, if you just ordered the filters it was free shipping. Well just the filters showed up, I called to see what the deal was and the guy on the phone said "Oh, thats out of stock... did you not get a call?" Would I be asking if I got a call?

I love those guys. I've placed SEVERAL large orders (see over $1500) and Leo even hooked me up with a discount a couple of times.

Their products that they have custom made for them are top notch. The strut bars are really nice. A lot of what they make is copied from Carbing, but its still REALLY nice stuff.

I just ordered some stuff as a test run, so far everything seems to be good, I just wished that I didn't order so close to the holiday.

Ask to speak to MARCO when ordering!!!!!!!
tell him JDM Mondays refered you.

CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM HIM A+

the difference is, this isn't just a 9 to 5 deal for him. He actually knows a thing or two about Hondas... LOL!
Furthermore, He can also lead you in the right direction on items they don't cary.

No stereo typical "my car is better than yours" big shop name attitude.

just be patient when calling. My shop is abouit 15min from Password so on occassion I 'will call' parts.
all I can say is,... DAMN! do there phones ring off the hook.

oh yeah, the young lady at the front desk that collects your $$$ also tunes & races. ...don't be surprised if she smokes you on the way out.

oh yeah, and there windshield banner decals are the sh*t!!!
