What is the color of the tach wire?
Does anyone know the color or location of the tach wire behind the instrument panel for an 05 Civic?
I know theres a wire next to the battery under the hood, but I'd rather wire it right to the instrument panel like I did with my EK.
Also, do the 2 way remotes from Compustar not come programmed? I hooked up the alarm, but couldn't get the remote to work with the brain.

Don't know, because I have never had my dash apart to look. Best advice I can give though is to go to the Honda Service Dept, and ask them to let you look at the factory wiring diagrams.
Either that or go look at/buy a Haynes manual.
