Default b16a swap leaning out, how can I fix this.... In 89 civic hatch dx.

how do I fix this?

everthing is stock, just a intake and my gauges,,,,when idling, if I hit the gas it hesitates and then revs..... or when I am driving if I floor it, it bogs bad like down shifting...?
