1992 civic dx, cranks doesn't start

What are the common causes for this?

Distributor?
Main relay?
coil?
spark plugs?
rotor?

check on the things that you can easily get to; check spark, hear to the whinning sound of the fuel pump, the clicking sound of the main relay, dash lights, battery, and so on... good luck
