If you are running a JDM header and a JDM length cat back then the cats needs to be a length of 12" overall. I would take a close look at the tubing right at the B pipe flange to see if there is a reduction in diameter and also measure the ID of the B pipe flange. The actual Honda JDM cat has an outlet of around 1.9"-2" ID. With the OEM JDM header I usually remove the anti reversion chamber in the collector and clean up the welds in the ports. If your cat back is a true 60mm system then your ID at the flange is 2-1/4".
