Default ? about itr outer valve springs and portflow inners

I know its a noobie ? but what do you guys mean when you say that? Does the springs come apart or something? Ive search about it but couldnt find anything. thanks for the help.

The valves have two springs each. There is an outer spring, and then a smaller-diameter inner spring that fits inside the outer one. In the case you described, you would be running the factory ITR outer springs, but with Port Flow inner springs in place of the stock ones.

so can you just buy the inners? bc i havent seen anywhere that you can just buy them.

I know that http://www.jhpusa.com has the portflow inners for sale.
