I do agree with that guy. There do seem to be more new people here but everyone is alot nicer when it comes to answering "noob" questions.

 

all of us know which threads are common noob questions here, and if they searched, they'd find that out.

i think that's the only time we flame them. we also flame those who try and gain like 50hp from their d17 with an intake. we tell them the truth, and try to save them some money.

i hope this thread doesn't get locked, there's been a lot of badmouthing between the two boards and i hope this settles things.

like i said on that forum, that site has been on there way longer then this section, what can you expect? we're not going to ahve all the DIY's and all the technical stuff on here because there isn't much activity here. this is a reason we refer some of those questions to 7thgen because we KNOW it'd get answered there.

That's damn right. How the hell can we be bollocked for shitting on them when we re-direct half of the n00b guys to their site for technical queries?

 

im pretty upset, that guy with the canned black em2 on Work Euip's said H-T flamed him. IMO that car is AMAZING, and i would think it would be right up H-T's alley. Regardless, everyone is stupid.!

 

7thgen members and hondatech members do the same crap. The noobs get crapped on all the time but Hondatech members could be alot nicer at the meets cause I have had alot bad experience at the HT meets. I also had to curse some of the moderators out on 7thgen. Same people different forum.

 

I am not even a noob on HT I lost my password and the forum never sent me a new one so I had to start over.

Granted, I did not ask about what speaker is best or how to make fast blinkers--which I'm sure they could have handled--but anything technical and most of them don't know a thing.

Be glad you're on honda-tech. No, we don't ban every one who makes a stupid post, but we do lock/delete threads and that is usually enough (or I let you guys knock a newb down a notch or two).

7thgencivic is more for the apearance side of things.

wow... u guys are really hostle towards 7thgencivic. personsally, i love that site. there are a lot more members there that give their opinion and a lot more info on 7th gen civics. i can pretty much gaurantee that this section on H-T would not survive if it wasnt for 7thgencivic. think about it... every time someone asks a tech question, the answer is usually a link to a thread on 7thgencivic.
