Default Valentine One

Anyone ever used this rd? Want to get one, but is it worth the money?

i use it. It works better than the radio shack one that i had. It like the features that it has and its a nice unit. The only down side is you have to get it from them.

I would recommend it. If it saves you 2-3 times you own it, It's pretty much paid for itself since you didn't get caught. Do a search in the archived areas. I think there is another competitor as well to the V1.

I'm pretty sure it is the passport x50 or something like that. 8500? I can't remember. The valentine one is a really nice rd, great distance, nice visually, I think the arrows are a nice feature as well... Kinda pricey though, but that is the price you pay, just remember to speed smart.

in my personal oppinion i think the v1 is better than the escort. I had both, and i think the v1 does out do it, plus i like the functions it has.

There's always this option if you have about 1200 bones to spare: http://www.passportsr1.com/sr7.htm

V1 - hands down the best. $430 (w/ concealed display option) and some of the best money I've ever spent. You get what you pay for in this case. One ticket=2 X insurance premium. Do the math Mine's hardwired and mounted up high. Concealed display velcroed in the bottom of the instrument binnacle where I can see it but no one else can. And I drive through VA & DC with a smile on my face.
