Its been raining a lot here so I thought I had sucked some water up but I was able to start up again. Driving normal everything is ok but when vtec is supposed to kick in sometimes it works and sometimes it doesnt but it always bogs down and dies. Im not really sure where to start.

 

A little more info.... 93 civic hatch w/b16. Chipped p28 from phearable.net. I swapped the stock p30 in and it was still doing it so its not the ecu.

 

Just in case someone is searching one day and needs this info... I traced it down to a weak ignition coil. It decided to completely go out yesterday. POS coils
