Not if you dont change over the hubs. Either that of find an 02 Si that had 4 lugnut setups.
But unless you want to do a 5 lug conversion, they wont work. And even then, I am not sure that the EP3 suspension will fit in the EG/EK family.

Airbag Club did upgrade his rear GSR brakes with EP SI rotors, calipers and pads.
