I was replacing my shocks and springs today and I noticed there were no bump stops on the rear shocks. Well now I have to order some because I didn't get any with my new shocks and springs either.

Now that I have been driving around all this time without bump stops is there anything I should check for damage? Is it really bad that I don't have bump stops?

I didn't check the fronts because my rear is still hanging in the air jacked up while I wait for the bump stops to come in the mail since no one around me can supply them.

 

Bump stop would:
-help keep the car from bottoming out
-keep the shock piston from shooting through the bottom on the shock
