Default CRX H22/H23 Hybrid Looking for some advice

Hey Everyone,

So I've decided I am using an H23 bottom end with an H22 DOHC VTEC head in my CRX (mainly because I picked up an H23 long block for $200). I'm looking for some advice on what parts/brands to look at for the rebuild and such. I alreday know what I need and where to get it for the swap. Also what is a good transmission and is automatic/manual better and why? Thanks people.

the manual swap is less work, you will need the fiberimages hood, the stocker wont close, and oh yeah, go and ask in the hybrid forum.

there are a lot of guys there who have the same setup.
