requirements to get the car bar certified here in southern cali?
how is going fellas? i need help. i have a 98 ek hatch and im about to swap in a jdm b18c 98 or 99 spec inside. i heard its alot of work but i want to make the car bar certified so i won't get hassled by the cops 
im sure some of you guys have done this already. what parts do i need to meet the strict laws here in southern cali? specifics pls. or is there a thread already about this? thanks alot ppl.
