Default Smoging a jdm b18c5 in california

Hey guys i want to purchase a type r engine for my integra. but i have heard that a jdm c5 wont pass california smog......what does it lack that a usdm has??
and if you know specifics that would be awesome

you need to find a usdm ecu without an immobilizer for one,

and then you need the usdm oil pump with the crank position sensor in it.

1 problem. a b18c5 isnt a jdm itr... its a usdm itr motor
