Every time i crank my car up, theres this noise for about one minute, then the abs light comes on and stays on? is the abs bad? does it need to be replaced? how do i fix this problem? thanks

 

You need to get the code pulled for the ABS unit.

 

the code will probably be "pump overrun" the first thing to do is check for leakage around the ABS unit. Next thing to do is bleed the pump unit. I've seen lots of those units that have a bad check valve and will not build pressure. Nobody offers the Check valve as a part, you have to buy the whole unit.
