Alright, I have a 97 Civic and my headlights are turning yellow from corrossion or something. Anyone know how to clean them? I see just about every 6th gen civic with the same problem. Please let me know, thanks.

 

Is it the clear plastic housing that is turning yellow?

If so, time to break out the plastic polish. If you have a dremel, use that to apply it. For best results, do both the inside and outside.

 

yeah, the clear plastic, its corroding or something, turning yellow and cloudy but the inside is fine, its all on the outside

 

Before you sand spray some WD-40 or a spray on Bolt loosener on to a towel and rub it into headlights
