I have some, but they happen to be attached to my car
I suppose you could call around to find some junkyard with a wrecked Si and pirate them off that...other than that, paint is your friend if you don't want to buy them from Honda.

As a last option before paying 120+ you could always run by a body shop and see what they say. They could paint them using like...well, car paint haha. Basically the way you'd get them at the factory.
Or find someone w/ red ones that wants to trade for your nice black ones

How well did you prep the plastic parts? With plastic (and basicly all exterior surfaces), prep is #1 - usually paint choice is even second to that, unless you use the cheapest paint money can buy. The other aspect is thickness of each coat/number of coats. Multiple ultra-fine, thin coats will stick better than runny thick coats - ever notice how spray can's overspray droplets never want to come off any surface?
If you still can't find any, here is a cheap alternative. Either stip and prep your old handles or just get another set, Krylon makes a paint called Fusion ( http://www.krylon.com/main/pro...tails)
The stuff bonds to plastic on a molecular level so it wont flake, and if you are still worried about bonding, bake the parts at 120 degrees for an hour on the lowest rack of your oven.
