well my brother is a real estate/loan agents, and im pretty much starting and so far i love it alot, we love working with people. and were looking for more clients, so if you or known to you, want to

a) sell his/her house
b) buy a home
b) refi
c) invest in property's

we can work anywhere here in So Cal, so how can you make that money/...give me a call and refer us clients and get 800 and up! for a commission, just by referrals.

Not trying to bash on you, however RE is all area based, and company based, also its always better if you go with the listing agent for a house purchase so you have a lot of headroom in bargaining, (unless its a small company)

MLS, yes, many countys, and single family residences and 3-4-5 unit homes

I know for a fact in the south bay you are allowed to use the GSBRMLS and have access to the PV system
