Default EF project problems

here all the problems im having anyone know anything that might help m e please tell me! oh the car is a 91 civic si with ZC SOHC motor obd0

TEMP gauge dont work on my cluster?

the exhaust piping is broken were it meets up with the resonator so its running like ****? what can i do about this should i just get piping done at a muffler shop?

engine light is on has a SOHC ZC motor, cant figuere it out?

not sure if its going to pass emissions with aftermarket catback piping?

for some reason after washing out radiator with my hose and ya it got the headers also but its been smoking really bad when it warms up it smokes kinda looking like its out of the cat?

thats it any help will HELP thanks for looking!

Anything after the cat shouldn't change emissions.

Also, figure out what the check engine light is for, the ecu will be blinking a code.

The temp gauge might be cuz you didn't plug things together properly on the engine.

And it will pass emissions when you get things fixed, if it fails, figure out why and what caused it, then fix the problem.

A muffler shop or just a normal shop will be able to weld up a hole pretty easily.
