Ok, I woke up this morning and when i tried to start my car it would not even try to turn over, i dont think its the alternater cause the cd player, lights, and locks worked. So I got my friends car and hooked some cables up to it and it started.... i let it set there for like 5 minuets and had no more problems with it for the rest of the day. any ideas?

Well the battery wasnt dead, it turned out to be the negative wire got loose and wasnt making a connection.
