Well I just bought a water temp guage to see how hot my car is becuase well my old one is really screwed up lol u push on the glass and it moves left/right... well w.e i got a new one

Mine is 210F when fully warmed up and goes to almost 250!! that seems to hot ....

What should it be at...

I have done a coolant flush, and right now the coolant is between min-max exactly in the middle...And recently got my oil changed at jiffy lube. Brand new thermostat
It does not steam, smoke, or feel really all that hot, maybe the temp sensor has gone bad?

Mods-ram air intake,and exhaust-incase that matters.

250 is way to hot right... 250 is at idle like when I am sitting at a long light... and 210 is when driving...?
Help please on the normal operating temp and what could be wrong... Thanks in advance guys.

And also if 250 is way to hott... is it ok to drive if it seems to run fine for a little while?
