Default clutch problems

so i am having clutch problems right now... i called hmotors and they said it might be one of the springs on the clutch that is fucked up

anyway this is what happend... i took it for a drive ran fine... all of a sudden i couldnt go into any gear... and when i try to put it into 2nd the car trys to pull forward... shifting is fine when the car is off...

the thing is that when we did the swap... we exidently let the resorvoir run empty and i have reason to belive its the slave cylinder thats fucked up... we bleed it now and there is no air... but there was a **** load... and when we bleed it, after pressing the clutch down and letting the fluid out... the clutch just stays on the floors doesnt come back by itself... has to be pulled back into position

please help

It's supposed to. It's not like a brake pedal, there is no vaccuum for it.
