10-15 bucks? i dont know how much they run for. i live in merced maybe i can go down there or meet you in fresno or sumthin'. let me know. i need this part.

at http://www.slhondaparts.com it shouldn't cost too much more at your local dealer.

as for the gasket, make sure both surfaces are dry, and lay a bead of either hondabond or ultra grey permatex RTV.
