Can I use this $9 Differential Bearing?
Forget paying $60 for a set of new diff bearings. The size for a SOHC tranny is 80X40X18.
So I typed that into ebay and this came up: http://cgi.ebay.com/Fafnir-208...wItem
So I looked into it and "Fafnir" is made by "Torrington" which is owned by "Timken". They are made in the USA (not Japanese...) and appear to be good quality.
The only difference I see is that they are sheilded on both sides whereas OEM diff bearings are shielded on one side only.

Those are the diff bearing sizes, in mm. They are not a special bearing size and can be found just about anywhere for much cheaper than what Honda charges.
