it's more about the parts than the car. The price is priced if everything was on the car and even then it's way less than what I spent on the car. The Recaros, TE's, and OEM Optional Kit don't come cheap you know 
. I wouldn't mind selling it with them off. It'd put it more in the price range of most Integras. But I figure I'd just set the price with everything on in case someone wanted it.
