FS: Beretta Drag Car in Nebraska
Probably not the best place to post this, but you never now...
97 Beretta Drag Car 25.1 spec all round tube, chrome moly double frame rail chassis.
Car built by Jacobsen racing and completed by Thompson Engineering. The late Jay Thompson was employed by Robert Yates NASCAR team as a fabricator, and later on the race team.
NHRA certified chassis, Competition eliminator, Top Sportsman, Quick 8, and Pro Mod Super Comp. Super Gas.
Fabricated sheet metal 9” ford rear with N case, Richmond 5.43 pro gears, Mark Williams light weight spool and pinion support and all bearings etc. Lamb ends and bearings, Mark Williams 35 spline axles w/ 11/16 drive studs as on funny car and top fuel.
Lamb double adjustable koni rear shocks, 1/1/4 “ 4 link bars w/ mark Williams machined bungs,with 4130 chrome moly ¾ “ rod ends. 4 link rear set-up with wishbone telescoping track locator, wheelie bars all adjustable.
Lamb front adjustable struts, w/ Lamb stainless steel rod ends on all front suspension components, Lamb disc brakes front and rear, and Lamb master cylinder and residual valves, Spindle mount front wheels. Pinto rack steering.
Note: clutch pedal provision. Also Chassis has funny car cage w/ removable aluminum custom seat.
Weld Alum star wheels front spindle mount front w/ good year front runners 24.0X5.5 and 15X15 Rear w/ 15X33 Goodyear’s Will fit 16X33 tires.
All hardwood fiberglass front end, doors, deck lid, trunk, and rear clip fuel cell in front and catch can. GM rockers, roof and rear quarters, Extra truck lid and new dash still in box.
New afco radiator (aluminum w/ custom shroud and electric puller fan) 2//3/8” headers w/ 5 “and 4” collectors.
Biondo Throttle stops system complete/ co2 bottle and lines etc. All digital 4 stage timer. Hurst PG shifter w/ automatic programmed shifter sequence.
PPG beautiful base coat/clear coat paint. (Multi color w/ graphics. All MSD electronics (new 7AL)
433 BB Chevrolet engine w. tunnel ran and 2 650 holly’s.
Car currently running Super Gas and is race ready.
2 battery’s in rear. RJ struts and custom rear wing. Parachute mount and all components are chrome, with chute mt, and wheelie bars.
$35,000 Complete and race ready.
