Neeh help! with 89 Prelude security system
My 1989 Honda Prelude SI has an ant-theft thing where you have to punch in a 5 digit code on a 12 button keypad located near the E-brake. Now my five digit code has always worked but I went to punch it in this morning but a soda bottle was leaning on a couple of keys so it triggered something off. It has a blinking red light usually and when you punch in the 5 digit code it turns to the green light and I can start my car. Now I can't start my car without it. The name on the window says auto alarm engineering inc. but there number is no longer them and I can't find any info on them. Is anyone familiar with a way to reset the code or bypass it all together? Please help!

I can't find any info on it. I talked to my dad about that one because his shop used to carrry thoses when I was a kid. Your gonna have to find the relay that unit uses to disable your system and unplug it

As suggested remove it.
