Default I have a 96 Accord LX that is overheating and the AC won't come on. What do I do?

I have a 96 Accord that I have had for years. I have kept up with maintenance and such since I've had it. Recently I have had a problem with it overheating I have to put about a gallon of water and anitfreeze in the car before I can drive it and the liquid in the radiator evaporates out of the reservoir no matter what I do. The fan does not seem to come on at all. I replaced the thermostat and gasket thinking it was clogged. Also the AC does not come on. It was working fine then one day it just stopped. I checked all fuses and relays everything is fine. I had this problem before with the overheating, because of a burnt wiring harness could this be the culprit again? Also I have oil in the spark plugs, could this have been caused by the overheating? Please help I'm trying to sell the car and want to have most of the problems fixed before I do. Thanks

how many miles are on it? Figure its about 10 years old and the raditor will need to be replaced due to normal wear and tear. I'd say its the raditor leaking.. probably out of the bottom where they tend to blow out, and thats probably where the coolant is going. Try replacing the raditor and filling/bleeding it properally. I've found that the a/c fan won't come on when theres no fluid in the raditor, although the left hand side one should come one.

As for the oil in the spark plug, thats a leaky gasket thats like $30 to replace, and i believe there is a DIY in the FAQ about it.
