I'm sure it's been covered somewhere, but my searching has revealed nothing. Is there an aftermarket radiator upgrade available or a model that's conformable to a 6th Gen Accord Coupe?

 

There is a company here called universial radiator that might have a beffier rad for the car.

what you doing that requires a large rad?

Someone once mentioned that a 5th gen aftermarket radiator fits, but I don't remember what brand or what modifications were needed. I do remember it didn't take much to get it to fit.

I believe it was someone who has/had a 6th gen turbo that mentioned it...

 

it was stinker504 and it was for a 5th gen they had to modify the mounting brackets a little but it fit fine afterwards

 

Yep, I used the 5th gen fluidyne radiator in my 6th gen with very little modification. You just have to extend the top two mounts down about 1.5". You also have to notch out the bottom bracket to clear the new drain plug.
