Default DC5 code 45 car bogs and revs horribly, problem starting up, etc

So about few days ago my car started having a tough time starting up.
Then yesterday it got worst to where i actually start it up and have it die on me several times. It's been throwing a code and i checked it just right now and it shows:

45 - Fuel system too lean/rich

Also when i step on the gas 3/4 to full throttle it doesnt go anywhere. It bogs & it climbs slow

Could anyone tell me what more i can do to find out whats wrong or fix it?

Comments pertaining to "search" will be considered a bump to me because im going to school right now and im in a hurry.

Mods are stated in my sig and no i havent been messing around with my car. Just driving to work and school.

so far me and friend checked and ruled out the fuses, fuel injectors, fuel pump, and iacv. still possible, map sensor [very unlikely], o2 sensor [somewhat unlikely], fuel filter, fuel lines, fuel rail. need to check fuel pressure. need to inspect fuel filter.

Actually i got it to start up by resetting the ecu, but its having a problem when i full throttle. It bogs & 'struggles' to even engage into vtec.

Closest mod related to motor work is just a Injen CAI (which i doubt has anything to do with it). I think that my combo of ingalls TD + rough suspension setting affected something. I just dont know what.. all i got is code 45. Not very specific. Ill give the o2 sensors a shot. Thanks.

see if you can find one for cheap, they are quite pricy. or borrow one from a friend, throw it on and see if it helps. it sounds like you need a new primary o2, but it doesnt make sense since you are using stock exhaust components. how many miles you got?

most likely its not the o2 sensor. o2 sensors rarely just fail. there's goin to be a cause. an open wire, shorted circuit, there's a bunch of things that factor in. Don't just buy an o2 sensor, like reborn said try and borrow one first.
