Default rear subframe tearout question

Hey, I drive a 94 del Sol VTEC (EG2) with progress springs and a suspension techniques rear swaybar.

The spring rates are 300f/175r

should i be worried about subframe tearout with the 19mm bar on an eg subframe with a 175 rear spring rate?

Is it a streetcar or are ya using it for autocross and trackdays? I'd think unless you're beating the hell out of it on the track it's not a likely problem. Or unless for some reason there's a lot of rust on the "subframe".

it's a streetcar only. never touched auto-x or a track day. i do love taking on ramps at a brisk pace though.

In that case you'll be okay. Go for it! Your car will feel like a different machine.
