Greetings, I recently acquired a '91 Integra LS auto trans from my big sis. 224,000 miles and it runs like a champ... until I went to run out to the store tonight. I get a turn over, but it won't start. When I turn the key to the on pos. the check engine comes on (no pauses) and the green S3 light flashes on the gear indicator on the gauge cluster. After about five sec. the check engine light flashes off then on accompanied by a loud click from under the dash. Tried the ecu reset, checked all fuses and relays. Only have had the car a couple weeks, but big sis never had any electronic or ignition issues. I did roll it back earlier in neutral to clean the wheels and then put it back into park. Don;t know if this may have caused the issue. Any help out there???

 

CHECK FOR SPARK. MAYBE THE IGNITION COIL OR IGNITER GONE BAD.VERY COMMON ON OLDER TEGS TO GO BAD. IF YOU ARE GETTING SPARK CHECK FOR FUEL. MAY BE FUEL PUMP RELAY OR PUMP ITSELF.
