i have the same problem. it hasn't overheated on me yet, but my friend said to wire it straight to the battery and use one of the dummy panels in your center consol and wire it to a switch to just turn on when you want it. seems simple enough of a fix...i'll do it when i get to it also.

Im not sure, but does the 92 integra have two fans? One for the AC and one for the Radiator? I have a 94 GSR and I only have one fan. When you turn on your AC does the Fan come on?

Stupid me! I got my friends 94 Saturn single fan confused with my GSR 2 Fans. 2 weekends ago she was having the same exact problem you are haveing (overheating when it's still but cools down when she moves). I confirmed it was her Fan Motor because it did not turn on when she turned on her AC. I would get a Volt Meter and check for 12V at the Fan terminal. Relays Rarely Go bad, even when they do go bad its usually just corrosion between the internal copper contacts that prevents the connection from takeing place. Either way I would like to hear what the problem truly was.

this is my friend 92 gs integra when he bought it the fans used to come on and one day we changed the thermosat and the coolant temp sensor after stiilll fan never came on after that .we went to a junk yard they ran it to the battery and it the fan came on but i located the relay but the junk yard guy said the Relays Rarely Go bad they said but i found the connection had corrosion between the internal copper contacts so they said check the wiring but every on the fan operates with u spin them freely and i seen it come on when it was wired to the battery so i just hook it up to the battery and run a on and off switch if so how is it done ?? can ne 1 show me step by step with pix or can ne 1 tell me how to search it on google.com
had the same problem after i put in a new radiator. i guess the person that flushed my coolant didnt do a good job and left air bubbles in there.
searched online and read the if u have air bubbles in your radiator, yours fans dont turn on themselves.
yea so just try flushing it yourself.

i sort of hit the same problem with my da when i got my wiring conversion. all i did was put it on a toggle and ran it strait from my sterio power. its been working great
