yeah, most dc2 parts are supposed to fit 92-95 civics arn't they?

Well the DC2 and eg/eh are same chassis, seats/rails will fit, engine's fit the same. Carpet fit the same, dashes/door panels need a little modification though. But to answer your question, yes the rails will fit.
