Default Brake problems

I gotta 94 Accord LX Brake problems, Sometimes when i go to slow down they just go to the floor. What could be the problem?

You could try bleeding first, but I think you need a new master cylinder. Have you changed shoes, or pads lately?

i haven't replaced them letely but would that make them go to the floor? They dont always do it just some/most of the time.

when you go to brake the pedal goes to the floor right??? ...... my question is does the pedal come back up and get stiff when ur done stopping........ for example your coming up on a light u hit the brake the pedal goes to the floor and u stop then the pedal slowly comes back up

I asked if you had changed the pads recently because if you blead the brakes afterward, it could have finished of the master cylinder seals. You probably have a bad master cylinder.

yeah when i come to a stop they go to the floor and i can pump them back up to work.

Amen to that, I found out the hard way last week. Bench bleeding the master cylinder is a bitch
