Im thinking of buying a front lip for my hatch and wanted to see what everyone has. Post pics.

I'm looking to get a front lip as well. I've pretty much decided on either the oem 92-95 ex lip or the ww rs lip. It's a pain in the *** to find a used ex lip, seems that no one will part with them. The dealer wants $91 for the lip and another $60 for the mounting hardware. Damn i really want the oem lip though.

 

 

What kind of lip is that? I was also thinking of the oem lip but im running into the same problem as you are. There are no oem lips in any yard around here, and the dealer want too much. I might just go ahead and get the oem one or try to find an 99-00 SI lip and modify it to fit.

 

OEM 92-95 lip too much?? Last time I checked $60 bucks wasn't that expensive...You got some shallow pockets man...

did you read my post. I checked it out like 2 weeks ago. YOu can get it for like $80 online but you still have to buy the mounting kit $60. That's alot for a stock lip for a car that is 9yrs old.

 

Mounting kit?
just go to any hardware store, and buy licence plate clips and some bolts thats basically what i did.
or
get self tapping screws and screw the lip in...

 

I was thinking about going to honda and buying the hardware kit and taking it to the hardware store. This way i can compare and get what i need. Then just take the parts back to honda.

i have the WW rs lip kit on my EJ, and i love it.

i also have the stock OEM lip, i can sell it to ya for $20 if ya want ;x

 

Question for everyone, specifically dxlst. On his blue EG are those honda aftermarket foglight housings? Just curious because they would make great brake ducts. I assume you could order them from a Honda dealer, anyone know the part number? If they're not what are they and where can I get them?

Also, anyone know who's got the best deal on the spoon CF lip? TIA guys!!

the 99-00 SI lip just bolts right up with no problems? wtf?

 

no...needs to be modded...easy though
